Program content is tailored to each company’s unique needs, with core principles and key learnings including:

• Storytelling and self-disclosure — using narrative and personal experience to engage
• Facilitation techniques — questioning, clarifying, paraphrasing, and active listening
• Group engagement — encouraging participation and working with live participant experiences
• Session structure and delivery — opening, engagement, application, and close
• Adaptive delivery — managing challenging participants and tailoring to different audiences

All participants will be provided with additional resources at the completion of the program to embed learning beyond the session and help apply concepts directly in the workplace.

GYST Present is designed for leaders, emerging leaders, and any team member whose role asks them to speak to others — whether that's running a toolbox talk, leading a team meeting, delivering internal training, presenting at a whole-company event, or building the foundations for higher-stakes speaking opportunities down the track.

Participants don't need previous presenting experience; they need a willingness to practise, receive feedback, and grow.

GYST Present is delivered as a two-day face-to-face session, designed around practice rather than theory. Participants present one real workplace topic multiple times across the program, layering in new skills each round, supported by structured peer feedback, filmed self-review, and a final showcase to the full group.
