Care happens where culture leads.
Grounded in evidence-based, psychological research and built for the real world, this program helps organisations evolve beyond a foundation of compliance, strengthening it with deeper connection, care, and cultural maturity.
CareFactor helps create a trusting alliance between management and the workforce, enabling contemporary safety approaches such as Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) to be meaningfully applied and embedded.
Program Outcomes
-
Equip leaders to embed safety values across every level of the business
-
Empower employees with practical, real-world tools they can apply immediately
-
Foster a culture where safety is shared, lived, and genuinely valued, not just treated as a tick box

CareFactor is for organisations ready to lead with care and embed psychological safety from the top down. It begins with leadership teams, equipping them to align, model behaviours, and drive meaningful culture change.
The program then extends to the broader safety workforce, with tailored content for frontline teams that builds shared understanding, trust, and commitment to a safer, high-performing culture for all.
Our CareFactor Program is typically delivered as a two-day session for leaders and a one-day session for workforce teams, designed to create lasting cultural impact.
These formats can be tailored to suit your organisation’s needs, with options for condensed sessions, additional focus areas, or virtual delivery, making it easier to engage your people wherever they are.
