Delivery Format

Our CareFactor Program is typically delivered as a two-day session for leaders and a one-day session for workforce teams, designed to create lasting cultural impact.

These formats can be tailored to suit your organisation’s needs, with options for condensed sessions, additional focus areas, or virtual delivery, making it easier to engage your people wherever they are. 

Program Enhancements

CareFactor Essentials Champion

We know lasting cultural change is sustained from within. Our CareFactor Essentials Champion program builds your internal capability by developing facilitation skills and storytelling techniques to connect CareFactor concepts to your unique context.
 
Champions learn to use our Essentials resources, slide decks and a comprehensive guide, to spark meaningful conversations and reinforce key messages across your business. 

Embedding Sessions

Our Embedding sessions help organisations put CareFactor principles into practice to deepen understanding and support the real-world application of key concepts. Delivered online by an experienced facilitator, each session combines presentation, reflection, and open Q&A tailored to your team’s needs.

Designed for those who’ve completed the CareFactor Program, these sessions reinforce core ideas and drive ongoing cultural momentum. Topics can be delivered as stand-alone sessions and adapted to suit your organisation’s goals - keeping psychological safety, leadership and wellbeing front of mind.

In Company Coaching

To help embed lasting change, we offer tailored coaching for individuals or small groups (2–6 participants) in key positions of influence. These sessions are designed to support the practical implementation of CareFactor principles, offering focused guidance on real-world challenges and opportunities within your organisation. 

Delivered virtually to maximise flexibility, coaching can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or on an ad hoc basis, with facilitators working closely with participants to explore the organisation’s current reality, consider viable pathways forward, and strengthen leadership capabilities.
