SafePsych is typically delivered as a two-day face-to-face program for leaders and a one-day program for workforce teams, providing practical tools to build psychological safety and address psychosocial health in the workplace.

These formats can be tailored to your organisation’s needs, with options for condensed sessions, additional focus areas, or virtual delivery to engage your people wherever they are.

Program Enhancements

Embedding Sessions

Our Embedding sessions help organisations put SafePsych principles into practice to deepen understanding and support the real-world application of key concepts. Delivered online by an experienced facilitator, each session combines presentation, reflection, and open Q&A tailored to your team’s needs.

Designed for those who’ve completed the SafePsych Program, these sessions reinforce core ideas and drive ongoing cultural momentum. Topics can be delivered as stand-alone sessions and adapted to suit your organisation’s goals - keeping leadership, psychological safety, and wellbeing front of mind.

In Company Coaching

To help embed lasting change, we offer tailored coaching for individuals or small groups (2–6 participants) in key positions of influence. These sessions are designed to support the practical implementation of SafePsych principles, offering focused guidance on real-world challenges and opportunities within your organisation. 

Delivered virtually to maximise flexibility, coaching can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or on an ad hoc basis, with facilitators working closely with participants to explore the organisation’s current reality, consider viable pathways forward, and strengthen leadership capabilities.
