3C Leader moves leaders beyond traditional training by providing a clear, evidence-based framework for creating lasting cultural change.
 
Centered on the three Cs of Care, Character and Competence, the program equips leaders with the tools to build psychological safety, shift from blame to accountability, and foster trust, resilience, and meaningful engagement as the norm across their teams.
 
For those stepping into leadership for the first time, our Emerging Leaders Program offers a powerful one-day introduction. Participants explore the 3C framework, navigate the transition from peer to leader, recognise cultural signals, and practice conversations that support trust and growth.

Designed to fully align with 3C Leader, Emerging Leaders creates a consistent leadership language across the organisation while addressing the unique challenges of new leaders.

  • Blame vs Accountability and the SCARF Model
  • Conversations that Count (Transactional Analysis, SBI Feedback)
  • Coaching and Authentic Influence (GROW, Learning Teams, Attribution Theory)
  • Leading Through Conflict (Conflict Styles, Emotional Regulation)
  • Reframing Setbacks into Growth

All participants will be provided with additional resources at the completion of the program to embed learning beyond the session and help apply concepts directly in the workplace.

Our 3C Leader Program is typically delivered as a two-day face-to-face session, designed to equip leaders with the skills to build trust, character, and competence.

While this is our standard format, we can adjust the program to suit your organisation’s needs, including condensed sessions, additional focus areas, or virtual delivery to engage your leaders wherever they are.

Program Enhancements

Embedding Sessions

Our Embedding sessions help organisations put 3C Leader principles into practice to deepen understanding and support the real-world application of key concepts. Delivered online by an experienced facilitator, each session combines presentation, reflection, and open Q&A tailored to your team’s needs.

Designed for those who’ve completed 3C Leader, these sessions reinforce core ideas and drive ongoing cultural momentum. Topics can be delivered as stand-alone sessions and adapted to suit your organisation’s goals - keeping leadership, psychological safety, and wellbeing front of mind.

In Company Coaching

To help embed lasting change, we offer tailored coaching for individuals or small groups (2–6 participants) in key positions of influence. These sessions are designed to support the practical implementation of 3C Leader principles, offering focused guidance on real-world challenges and opportunities within your organisation. 

Delivered virtually to maximise flexibility, coaching can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or on an ad hoc basis, with facilitators working closely with participants to explore the organisation’s current reality, consider viable pathways forward, and strengthen leadership capabilities.
