Do you offer customised programs?

Absolutely. Every organisation is unique, which is why all GYST programs are designed to be flexible and tailored. Programs can be shaped around immediate priorities or long-term goals, and we work closely with you to design the right format and timing. Can I create my own program by combining different focus areas, like psychological safety and psychosocial safety?

Yes. Many organisations choose to combine elements from across our programs to address their unique needs. How do you measure program impact?

We measure impact through a combination of diagnostic tools, cultural assessments, participant feedback, and observed behavioural change. Our discovery solutions, such GYST CultureSurvey™ and on-the-ground assessments, provide valuable insights before and after delivery to track progress over time. We also equip participants with embedding resources to ensure learning is applied in the workplace, making it possible to demonstrate meaningful, sustained change.

What is a CultureScan™ and how does it work?

The CultureScan™ is part of our Discovery pillar, designed to give organisations a clear and honest snapshot of their current culture. It begins with a complimentary discovery session where our executive team gets to know your business, understands your needs, and recommends the right next steps. From there, we may use tools such as the CultureSurvey, an engaging digital platform that gives every employee a voice and provides real-time, actionable insights, and the CultureAssessment, which uses focus groups, interviews, and on-the-ground observations to explore behaviours, mindsets, and experiences in depth. Together, these Discovery solutions provide a strong baseline for understanding cultural maturity and highlight practical opportunities to strengthen trust, care, and connection across your organisation.

Our programs are delivered by a highly experienced team of psychologists, safety specialists, and industry professionals. They bring together deep expertise in organisational culture, psychological safety, leadership, and wellbeing with real world experience across every level of an organisation. This combination of academic grounding and practical insight ensures every session is engaging, relevant, and impactful, equipping participants with tools they can immediately apply in their workplace.

How do I know which program is right for our team?

You don’t need to know where to start - that is where our Discovery tools come in. Through options such as the CultureScan™, CultureSurvey, and CultureAssessment, we provide a clear snapshot of your current culture and priorities. From there, we recommend the right pathway forward, which may include programs like GYST CareFactor™, GYST SafePsych™, or GYST 3C Leader™. This ensures the solution is tailored to your organisation, aligned with your strategy, and designed to deliver meaningful impact.

How far in advance do we need to book a program?

Our most common planning period is 6 to 12 months in advance, with regular booking periods often filling up around 3 months ahead. To ensure you secure your preferred dates and facilitators, we recommend reaching out at least 3 months prior to your desired program delivery. Program dates are confirmed once agreements and purchase orders are in place. While most clients plan well ahead, we can also accommodate shorter lead times where possible, including enquiries made 8 weeks before delivery. Our team remains adaptable to support both long term planning and rapid mobilisation.

Where are you based, and do you work internationally?

Yes. We have the capacity to deliver programs around the world through our network of global facilitators. Our team regularly partners with diverse organisations across regions, both onsite and virtually, ensuring consistent quality and impact wherever you are located.

Do you offer ongoing support after program delivery?

Yes. Our focus is not just on program delivery but on helping you embed the learning for lasting impact. We offer a range of post program support options, including leadership refreshers, additional topic based modules, and one on one or small group coaching. Participants also receive embedding tools, along with the option of tailored internal materials like posters, newsletter inclusions, or communication assets. Whether you are embedding change quickly or rolling it out over time, we work with you to design the right support to sustain momentum and reinforce cultural change.

Do you offer keynote presentations or speak at conferences?

Yes. Our team regularly presents at conferences, leadership events, and industry forums around the world. Keynote content can be drawn from our core programs, such as GYST CareFactor™, GYST SafePsych™, or GYST 3C Leader™, or tailored specifically to your conference theme.
